About my Work

My art is about telling stories; stories with no answers but questions, about journeys with open endings and beginnings. There is often a feeling of uncertainty and restlesness in my pieces. These forgotten, lost and ill-fated characters struggle against fear, sorrow and despair. They hide in lonesome and dreamlike landscapes, where mystery prevails.

Through my work I explores identity, darkness and the unknown. I am fascinated with death, the afterlife, dreams and the surreal; the mystery in them and the stories they keep.
